Refunds and Returns:

If you need to contact our office regarding a product return, have a defective product or need to exchange your item,

Due to Bling It On Tees Error

*Filling out this form starts the return/refund/exchange process, but does not guarantee a return/refund/exchange.
A representative from Bling It On Teez will review your request and contact you during regular business hours.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Form, with authorization number
Returns must clearly display this number. Packages not displaying this
Return Authorization or Un-Authorized Returns are subject to being denied.


For Approved Returns:

Bling It On Tees will deduct appropriate shipping and handling charges
If returning an entire order, a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Bling it On Tees is not responsible for damaged package/material upon return.
Damaged material will be refused.  Please make sure the material is packaged correctly and safely to
ensure no damage happens while in transit



Damaged Items:

If a customer receives an order and one or more of the contents are defective/ incorrect,

the customer may either coordinate an exchange with Bling It On Teez for a replacement of the same item as the one that
was damaged / defective or return the item and receive a refund or replacement.
To submit a claim for a damaged item, customers must submit a RAF (Return Authorization Form)
with a description and photo evidence of the damage.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to Bling It On Teez within 10 days of receiving it.

When a customer is eligible for a refund, Bling It On Teez will initiate the refund process either by granting the customer
store credit in the refund amount or by refunding the payment method used in the transaction.
Note that credit card refunds may take longer than expected and are subject solely to the customer’s bank policy.
Once a refund is issued, Bling It On Teez possesses no control over the speed or lack thereof with which
funds are transferred and bears no responsibility for funds delayed or held by the customer’s bank.



Custom Designs:

***NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM DESIGNED ORDERS***

Bling It On Teez routinely services requests for custom rhinestone artwork based on an image provided by the customer.
If the image is copyrighted, written consent to use the image will be required from the owner in order to complete the service.

All Custom Design Requests must follow the process outlined below. Requests cannot be completed by phone.
Customers who wish to submit a Custom Design Request to the Bling It On Teez email
and include an image of the design along with other specifications pertaining to the design.

Bling It On Teez will review the image and determine whether it can be converted into the desired
rhinestone artwork and the price for the artwork will be communicated to the customer.
The design price varies based on size, quantity of stones, number of stone colors, and other factors related to the complexity
of the design. A $45.00 set up fee must be paid to starting design/template work this fee is applied to final
balance and is non-refundable if order is cancelled
